Can I pick up my order in person?

Our retail store is open for shopping and online order pickup in Madison Heights, Michigan. Minutes away from many local attractions. Including; Downtown Detroit, The Detroit Zoo, The Royal Oak Farmers Market, Oakland Mall, Costco, and more.

If placing your order online, when you enter a Michigan shipping address you will be given the option of “Retail Store Pickup” as a delivery method, and the shipping charges will be zero. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up at the store, which is usually within one business day. Our retail store pickup hours are between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday. We are located in Madison Heights, Michigan, in The Farnum Plaza on the West side of John R between 11 Mile and 12 Mile roads, and in Warren, Michigan, in the Harvard Corners Shopping Center, Southeast Corner of East 14 Mile Road and Schoenherr. Your order will be pre-packaged and waiting for you.

You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up at the store, which is usually within one business day. Please make sure to pick up your order within one week of the email receipt, or your order will be canceled, restocked, and payment refunded. A restocking fee of 10% of your order will be charged.

What will my shipping charges be?

You can preview your shipping charges by viewing your shopping cart, entering your zip code, and clicking the Calculate button. Actual shipping charges are automatically calculated prior to submit your payment information. On the Checkout page, you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

When will my order ship?

On average, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.  If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and, if applicable, the other items on your order may ship immediately. The out-of-stock item will be shipped promptly when it is back in stock.

You will receive an email shipment confirmation when your order has shipped, and tracking information will be available in the order status area within 24-48 hours of shipment.

When will my order arrive?

Following is information regarding estimated delivery times for the various shipping methods that we offer. Only Overnight and 2-Day are guaranteed services. Standard shipping usually arrives within the estimated number of days but can take longer, especially in remote delivery areas or in the event of adverse weather. All packages are left without obtaining a signature, although the delivery company’s driver may decide not to leave a package if they feel there is a risk it might be stolen.

Third-Party Shipping - Risk of Loss, Delays & Damages

Items purchased for delivery by a 3rd party shipper are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a shipping carrier. This means that once the item is delivered to the shipping carrier and a tracking number is provided to you, the risk of the loss, delays & damages for such items passes to you. Should there be an issue with the delivery of the products after they have been delivered to the shipping carrier, you must contact the shipping carrier and file a claim with the shipping carrier. The Pet Beastro has no ability to file a claim with the shipping carrier, as the products belong to you once they are delivered to the shipping carrier. Once you have filed a claim with the shipping carrier, please let The Pet Beastro know of the shipping/delivery issue, so that The Pet Beastro can ensure that its customers receive the best services.

I Received The Wrong Product

If you feel that you have received the wrong item, please send an email to [email protected] referencing the order number within 72 hours of receiving the product and we will provide you with instructions for returning it and receiving the correct replacement.

For those items that your pet can’t wait for, we offer guaranteed 2 Day Express and guaranteed Overnight Express shipping options. Simply select the appropriate option during checkout for pricing.

We also offer in-store shopping, curbside pick-up, and same-day local delivery.
