Meet JahDae, a passionate pet parent and expert at The Pet Beastro. Learn about her journey with holistic pet care, her favorite products, and how she helps pets thrive.

If you’ve ever walked into The Pet Beastro and felt the passion for pet nutrition, there’s a good chance JahDae Elliott had something to do with it. JahDae joined our team in March 2025, and she’s quickly become an integral part of our crew, bringing with her a deep love for animals, a passion for food, and an eagerness to help pets thrive.

Here’s a little more about JahDae, her journey to The Pet Beastro, and what makes her the go-to expert when it comes to real pet care.

How JahDae Found Her Calling at The Pet Beastro

From a young age, JahDae was passionate about both animals and food. She says, “It just made sense for me to end up here, at the crossroads of both.” After spending years immersed in the world of animal care and nutrition, The Pet Beastro felt like the perfect fit.

JahDae shares, “What attracted me to The Pet Beastro was the real commitment to pet health. I love how we educate pet parents and offer solutions that are as much about education as they are about the products.”

JahDae’s Favorite Part of Her Job

It’s all about making a real difference. “Seeing the positive impact of education on both the pets and their owners is hands down my favorite part of the job,” JahDae says. “The relationships we build with customers are so rewarding. It’s not just about helping them pick out a product, it’s about helping their pets thrive.”

The One Thing JahDae Has Learned from Working at The Pet Beastro

One of the biggest takeaways for JahDae has been the simplicity of true pet health. “I’ve learned that thriving health doesn’t have to be complicated,” she says. “Starting with small changes, like switching to a better diet or adding the right supplements, can make a huge impact on a pet’s overall health and well-being.”

When it comes to her go-to products, Zignature dog food takes the crown. “I have a lot of love for Zignature. JahDae’s advice is all about listening to your pets. “Your pet will tell you what’s wrong, even if it’s just a small whine or meow,” she says. “Be open to change, and don’t be afraid to try something new for their health. If they’re not happy with their food, or something’s off, they’ll let you know. And always ask for help if you’re unsure about what to do next.”

Meet JahDae’s Crew at Home: Mamas and Her Adventures

While JahDae doesn’t have a ton of pets at home, she does co-parent a dog named Mamas, a 9-year-old German Shepherd mix. “Mamas is the sassiest girl I know,” JahDae says, laughing. “She’s a big goofball who loves playing with her favorite toys: a wicker ball and a stuffed dragon.”

Despite her sassy personality, Mamas has become the perfect companion for JahDae. “Even though Mamas isn’t the cuddliest, she’s always there for a walk or a snack, and she’s a huge part of my life.”

JahDae’s Hobbies: Gaming, Cooking, and a Little Bit of Everything Else

When she’s not helping pets live their best lives, JahDae has a wide variety of hobbies. “I’m a big gamer, especially into horror games. I can’t get enough of spooky games and movies, and Halloween is definitely my favorite time of year.”

JahDae is also into drawing. “I’ve been drawing animals for 17 years, both professionally and leisurely. It’s a way for me to express my love for animals, even in a creative way.”

And when it comes to food, she’s a pro: “I love cooking! I can throw together just about any crazy food idea, whether it’s something that sounds weird or super tasty, I’ll make it happen!”
